This short notice explains what Cyfirow LLC collects when you contact ThreatKit or purchase a consultation.

Cyfirow LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Our principal and mailing address is 1441 Woodmont Ln NW #1071, Atlanta, GA 30318. For privacy questions, contact contact@threatkit.co or call +1 (912) 923-1656.
02 / Information
When you enquire, we may receive your name, company, email, phone number, service interest, and the context you choose to share. When you purchase a consultation, we store the order, customer contact details, selected service, payment status, and delivery notes.
Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s hosted checkout. ThreatKit does not receive or store full card numbers. Please do not submit passwords, private keys, or unnecessary vulnerability details through a public form.
03 / Use
We use it to respond to enquiries, create and deliver orders, keep a customer record, arrange follow-up, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet accounting or legal obligations. PostgreSQL is hosted as a private service for the application, and Stripe processes checkout and payment information.
The site does not use advertising pixels, newsletters, or non-essential analytics in this release. The admin area uses an essential, secure session cookie.
04 / Retention
Enquiry information is kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. Paid order and accounting records are kept for 7 years. Engagement and security records are kept during the engagement and for up to 12 months after it closes unless a contract or law requires longer.

Contact contact@threatkit.co with a privacy question or request. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
