Refunds and cancellations
We handle changes directly and fairly. Contact us before work begins so we can review the order and agree the next step.

01 / Before work starts
For a fixed-scope consultation, contact contact@threatkit.co as soon as possible. We will review whether work has started and confirm whether a cancellation or refund is appropriate. Stripe refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method.
02 / Rescheduling
We will try to reschedule a consultation when you give reasonable notice. If the agreed scope or timing changes materially, we will confirm the new plan in writing before continuing.
03 / Quote-led work
Readiness projects and ongoing advisory work are not purchased through the fixed-price checkout. Their cancellation, notice, and payment terms are stated in the engagement agreement accepted for that work.
04 / Contact
